There is NO SHIPPING CHARGE on any Linda Katherine Crafts purchases within the continental United States. International shipping rates will be calculated at time of purchase.
We ship by UPS or USPS (we will choose the carrier that will enable us to get your purchase on the way to you as quickly as possible). We will ship most items within 5-7 days of receiving your order.
We want you to love any items that you buy from us and to have a great experience with our shop!
IF WE MAKE A MISTAKE, WE’LL PAY THE SHIPPING TO MAKE IT RIGHT.
Exchanges/Refunds in case of our error: If there is a mistake on our part (for instance, we sent the wrong size or color), we will pay the cost of your shipping to return the item to us and we will ship you the correct item at our expense. If for some reason we cannot fulfill the order (for instance, the color you originally ordered is no longer available), we will ask you to return the item sent in error, and you may choose to 1) select another equivalent item or 2) receive a refund of the purchase price and all shipping charges.
If you change your mind about an item for any reason, just let us know and send the new, unused item back within 7 days of receipt. As long as we receive it in the same condition as it was shipped out to you, we will refund your purchase price in full. All returns should be sent with a tracking number of some sort. Please note that we will not be able to refund the cost of shipping it back to us in this case.
IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT:
If an item is damaged during shipment, in order to facilitate an insurance claim, we require photos of the damage before a refund can be given. Photos of damage must be received by us within 7 days of the receipt of the item by the buyer.
